Get To Know SAQF
The Southern Arizona Chapter of Quail Forever was formed in 2011 by four current members. Since then the Chapter has grown to approximately 200 members, with over 30% who are non-residents of the State of Arizona. With members from nearly every western state plus Canada, it is one of the most dynamic Chapters in Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever.
The Chapter encompasses Santa Cruz, Pima and Cochise counties which all lie within the southeast corner of the State. This area is home to 3 species of quail, all of which have different habitats. Therefore the Chapter is focused on the concerns encountered with the complex eco-systems of the Sonoran and Chihuahuan deserts, namely grassland and water restoration.

Join SAQF & Support Our Mission
As the chapter moves forward we are constantly seeking and attracting more members. If you are interested in our goals, please join and support us. You can also support us thru a tax-deductible donation.
Anyone can join Southern Arizona Quail Forever. The chapter currently is made up of Arizona residents and a large proportion of non-residents. Our board is also made up of a mix of resident and non-residents. This "mix" adds to the uniqueness of of our chapter as we have members that bring a lot to the table along with directors that have been involved in other conservation organizations. If you are concerned about conserving, protecting and enhancing wildlife habitats in Southern Arizona, please join our chapter by following the instructions below.

SAQF is part of Arizona Sportsmen For Wildlife Conservation. You can sign up for their newsletter at http://azsfwc.org. This allows us to better coordinate with other wildlife groups and better communicate with AZ G&F leadership. We are part of over 10,000 AZ sportsmen represented by this organization.
Please consider purchasing a AZSFWC license plate to support wildlife when you renew your current AZ plate through Service Arizona http://www.servicearizona.com.
The fee for this license supports the conservation grants provided by AZSFWC. Our Family Day/Youth Hunt and habitat work has received AZSFWC grant support in the past.
